During the 14th National Congress of the Communist Party, the School requests that all students, trainees, lecturers, officers, and staff strictly observe the following:

Raise awareness and responsibility in complying with the Party’s guidelines, the State’s policies, and laws.

Refrain from participating in illegal gatherings, demonstrations, or activities that may disrupt public order.

Do not post, share, comment on, or disseminate false, distorted, or provocative information, especially on social media and online platforms.

Actively maintain security and public order on and off campus, and promptly report any violations (if any).
All members of the School community are requested to strictly comply with this announcement in order to contribute to the security, stability, and success of the Congress.
